Flanked by nurses and politicos, Obama vows to throw his full weight behind health care reform legislation.
" We need to buck up people a little here - that's what nurses do all the time", Obama said, " The nurses are on board, the American people are on board, now it is up to us".

Now that's funny. I don't care who you are.
This O'Statement is typical Obama: Say one thing (tell people to "buck up" i.e. take some responsibility for yourself) then do another (completely take over all of your decision-making)
