Barney Frank and Chris Dodd lied when they denied their misguided policies had anything to do with the housing crisis.
They lie every time they authorize another program we can't pay for, driving us deeper in debt.
The President repeated Democratic lies last night about health care: It requires an imaginative flight of fancy to believe they will cover everybody for every condition and save money.

Is it any wonder one brave man stood up and finally told the truth? The logical inconsistencies strain credulity. They sit on a mountain of trillions of dollars of debt and ask us to believe them.
Want to earn back some trust? Easy. Refute Representative Joe Wilson's "liar" charge.
Explain how this program will reject an illegal alien who shows up at an emergency room with a sick kid. Go ahead, I'd love to hear how suddenly these millions will be magically shut out of all US health care. You can't even protect the borders!
Secondly, Mr. President. You say you can save $500 billion by cutting waste and inefficiency? OK. Do it now and accumulate the money in a lock box. When you get to your magical $500 billion come back and see us about approving your health care plan.

It doesn't take an accountant with a calculator to see that this doesn't add up. Maybe if our government had a record of fiscal responsibility, we wouldn't be so skeptical.

Until you read the fine print and find out your formerly 2.5 oz bag of potato chips is now 1.8 oz, contains no natural ingredients, and in fact, now contains no potatoes.
The funny thing, is if you read the transcript... Obama called opposing politicians liars not a minute before. While the breach of decorum was perhaps inappropriate, the comment was not. Democrats have defeated two resolutions which specifically restricted illegals from benefitting from the Health Care Reform Act.
