I'm flabbergasted. Slack-jawed... I actually read something in the New York Times, toilet paper of record, that I agreed with. Even bigger shock: It was written by Maureen Dowd. I highly recommend you go read it.
She casts a rare critical eye on President Obama's sputtering performance and scolds the Democratic Congress for their pork platter disguised as stimulus. She ends by yanking the tails of the Wall Street welfare queens for their extravagance at taxpayer expense while laying off thousands. And she does it all in her classic elegant prose.
Hell hath no fury like a liberal woman scorned...

I said the same thing you did man,and I hate that red headed rag with a passion seen from the left..It shows how fickle and selfish liberals mostly are although I agreed with her, if they don't get exactly what they want the crib gets rattled and rolled just like when they were still caged babies, which more often than not grow up to re enter to live again as large ones.
Interesting you saw it like I did. She's mad because she expects more from her messiah and the democratic hallelujah choir. You only hurt the ones you love.
