All Black People Don't Think The Same???

This is beautiful. Harry C. Alford, the president & CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce really laid the wood to Senate Dunce Barbara Boxer. Oh, if only more congressional witnesses had the stones to fire back like this guy did.

Boxer tried to get simpatico with Mr. Alford over her disastrous cap and trade bill, citing all kinds of black people who are for it... All Blacks are on the Democratic reservation, right?
Eventually Alford declares, "We are referring to the experts regardless of their color. And for someone to tell me, an African-American, college-educated veteran of the United States Army that I must contend with some other black group and put aside everything else in here -- this has nothing to do with the NAACP and really has nothing to do with the National Black Chamber of Commerce. We're talking energy and that road the chair went down, I think, is god-awful."

Here's the video from YouTube. It's long, and must have been captured by a Boxer fan, because she gets the first and last word in. Mr. Alford's ringing statement comes in around the five minute mark. His point is an excellent one. His race has nothing whatsoever to do with her suicidal energy policy and what he thinks about it. Barbara seems confused when confronted with a minority that doesn't fit her condescending, liberal white bread view.

Obama's Energy Plan

President Obama's energy plan, with carbon taxes and inefficient green initiatives, is an economic downer. Price goes up for everybody, giving the government a chance to step in and subsidize the poor. Create a crisis, then be the hero by solving it for the dependent class you harvest votes from.

Unfortunately, it won't work that way on a global economic scale. Adding this on top of our already high corporate tax rate will just make it harder for our job-providing businesses to compete globally. Do you really think China will go green? When high energy prices chase businesses out of the US, those jobs are gone. But at least President Obama will pay your light bill when you're unemployed.
